Insurance:
Jodie is a Registered Psychologist (#6613), recognized by the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). Please get in touch with your insurer to learn more about your coverage. After each session, Jodie will send a receipt for services provided. The receipt will include her registration number and practice details.
Cancellation Policy:
Sonata Counselling requires at least 48-hours notice of all cancellations and prefers to be notified by email. This required notice period allows the appointment time to be offered to other clients.
With 24 to 48-hours notice, clients will be charged 50% of the session fee.
With less than 24-hours notice, clients will be charged the full session fee.
Jodie will be willing to discuss a one-time exception because life happens! Clients always have the option to switch to an online or phone session if needed.
